Remember to stop and smell the roses… or pet a random stranger’s puppy on the street. That’s what I do! I’m reminding myself to take breaks often these days. Life isn’t always as stressful as we think it is, especially when we open our eyes to take in occurrences around us that seem quite average & nonsensical.
